GRE Information for Applicants from
the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong,
Taiwan and the Republic of Korea

The Educational Testing Service (ETS) has changed it administration of the GRE in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. The GRE will now be given in two parts. First, applicants will take the computerized "Analytical Writing" section. Next, applicants will take the paper-based "Verbal" and "Quantitative" sections on a separate date.

On the day you take the "Analytical Writing" section, you will register for the October 25, 2003 paper-based test. You must take the "Analytical Writing" test on or before September 13, 2003 to register for the paper-based test on October 25, 2003.

The paper-based test will only be offered one time, on October 25, 2003. You must take the paper-based test at this time to apply for entrance to our program in 2004.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DATES AND DEADLINES:

May 1, 2003 - Registration begins for "Analytical Writing" Section

July 1, 2003 - First day to take the "Analytical Writing" section

September 13, 2003 - Last day to take "Analytical Writing" section

October 25, 2003 - Only day to take the paper-based "Verbal" and "Quantitative" sections
