I am investigating the role of mitochondrial lipids in Alzheimer's disease and related taupathies. Using human APOE4- and APOE3-expressing tauopathy mouse models, I am examining the impact of APOE genotype on disease pathologies. My research employs various methodologies, including behavioral assays, immunostaining, imaging techniques, and 'omics approaches.
